Interview: Top Russian Cam Guy Armani Hot

In his 3+ years as a Flirt guy, Armani Hot has carved out a distinctive place among our most beloved cam guys. By combining his humble popstar sexiness with a warmth and kindness one might find in a lifelong friend, Armani has elevated himself to top model status. In 2019, he finished as the 14^th Overall performer in the race for Flirt of the Year, while earning his second consecutive FOTY Mister Russia Regional Contest crown. We sat down with this incredible guy next door to discuss his natural approach to camming, and his joy at forming long-lasting connections with his beloved fans. Charles Farley: Hi Armani! So, when did you join Flirt4Free and what has your experience been like so far?
Armani Hot: Hi, Charles! I joined my beloved Flirt4Free family near the end of October, 2016. And although this is not such a long time as many of the legendary models on the site, for me it has been an amazing journey long into eternity, and it turned my life upside down. (laughs) It really is like that. The site has changed my life, and continues to do so.

CF: We loved seeing you at Flirt Summit in Bali. We take it you enjoyed the experience?
AH: To me, it felt like a miracle to visit a paradise like Bali. Many can only dream of going there. I am so grateful to the site and all the staff for this wonderful experience. It was an incredible result of three wonderful years as a Flirt guy. I was finally able to get to know the F4F family, my fellow models, and just have a great time. Camming for Flirt has given me so many bright days in my life. My memories of Bali are still very fresh. I hope those who read it understand what F4F can give you. Hard work will always be noticed.

CF: Congratulations on your 2nd consecutive Flirt of the Year Mr. Russia win! How do you feel?
AH: Thank you very much for your congratulations. It’s very nice! You know, I feel inspired and motivated. This is my little victory. (laughs). I feel great! Winning twice in a row is incredible, but I believed in myself and my strength. I would love to do this for the third time, but this year will be even hotter!

CF: What do you think draws so many ravenous fans into your room?
AH: You know, I do not consider myself a big caliber star. I am a very modest guy, but I think that people are primarily attracted to my friendliness and sincerity. If people give me the chance to open up, to show who I really am, then we become real friends. This is a very significant word: “friend”. But it is very apt. It’s the friendships we form that bring my Flirt friends back again and again. I always have only one goal: to get closer to my fans. To be their friend. And, of course, they give me very great support on the site and even beyond. I can say that friendship and sociability are my motto.

CF: How can a new fan get your attention? What’s a good icebreaker?
AH: Just like in real life, polite people are often the first I greet. Those who compliment me or try to start an interesting dialogue. It is always whatever is put out by the members. We just chat. I don’t expect a ton of tips from everyone who comes into my room. I just enjoy talking. And if you have a touch of romance, if you’re a gentleman or just an intellectual person, you will probably attract my attention.

CF: What makes a great Flirt friend in your eyes?
AH: Well, my friends will really know me and respect me as a person, be interested in my life, and support me in difficult times. For us it will be a road with oncoming traffic, because I will do the same. Mutual love and respect, again, just like offline life.

CF: Fans who spend time with you rave about your kindness and sense of humor. How do you keep the atmosphere in your chatroom so inviting and friendly?
AH: I just try to be polite and courteous with all the guests. Not everyone reciprocates, and some can even be a little offended at the lack of attention. But maybe they don’t quite understand how difficult it is to keep balance, especially for someone without perfect English. I can’t be Julius Caeser and do everything at the same time … but I try. (laughs)

CF: Would you say your fans prefer private shows or party chats? How do you approach each type of show?
AH: Most of my fans prefer Party Shows, and that makes them even more beloved friends in my eyes. After all, they understand that this way I can show myself more and everyone benefits from it. But when a user wants to hold a private show, then I am all for it! Even though it happens unexpectedly, and someone just clicks “Start My Show. (laughs) I try to do what makes my viewers happiest.

CF: Are there any special fetishes or role play games you enjoy exploring in your broadcasts?
AH: I don’t do it often enough, but when I have the opportunity, desire, and mood, I love the fun of all kinds of masquerades and cosplay. I would like to do this as often as possible in the future. I love humor and fun!

CF: Tell us about your most memorable camming experience.
AH: Once, a fan from Mexico just took me to a private show and showed me his house. He became a DJ for me for a while as we listened to music together. He changed clothes, showed me a lot of cool things. And it was a really fun way to pass the time.

CF: What about when you’re not on cam? What’s your favorite way to relax? Any passions or hobbies?
AH: I love video games. They help relieve stress after a hard day, or just give pleasure. I’m also a big fan of music. It is an integral part of my life. I use music almost everywhere. I really like the music of the 80s and 90s, but I also love heavy music, and genres like ambient, retro wave, and synth wave. I love football, hockey, MMA … I love horror movies and science fiction … thrillers and dramas, too … but I am especially fond of mystical themes and space. This brings me to my new hobby: collecting models of my favorite movie heroes from childhood, like Predator and Alien.

CF: What are some of your favorite books or movies and why?
AH: I am very passionate about Russian literature. For example, I like Dark Avenues (or Dark Alleys) by Ivan Bunin. But lately, I like to just find something useful for myself on the internet. An article, video or review, to try and expand my horizons and feed my interests. For shows and movies, I’m very into VHS-era films like Alien. I love the X-files and anything connected with the paranormal, mysterious, and mystical.

CF: Is there anything you’d like to say to the fans who came out support you for Mister Russia?
AH: Of course! I would like to thank all those who have been with me during Flirt of the Year, providing not only tips, but great moral support. Thanks to everyone who believed in me, was interested in my affairs, and spoke pleasant words to me. I really love my fans, and each and every one was involved in this victory. They found me worthy to occupy this top of Mount Olympus!

CF: And what about advice for guys new to cam modeling?
AH: In the first place, you need to be yourself. Then people will see who you really are. Everything online works the same as in life. You need to believe in yourself. Wake up every morning with a positive attitude. Give it time. Have patience. Everything will turn out.
