Hi,
a bit more than a month ago I reported a glitch on the cam2cam testpage and was told that it will be fixed soon, but I have not received any update or message from support yet despite asking various time what is the status. I cannot get the cam to show up on the test page. The error message is still saying "Failed to fetch broadcast id: getBroadcastId error: Authentication was rejected by chat system (...) You may be already broadcasting in a different browser window". But I do not have any other window open or anything similar.

I would really appreciate to hear something back from you guys. After all, Cam2cam is a standard feature but the cam test fails on all my devices for a whole month now! :(
